A fifties style diner with a friendly staff and good food. Good as you'll get anywhere else, better than many others.
We were pleasantly surprised that the "vegetables" in our Surise Skillet and Hopped Up Hashbrowns included jalapenos. Breakfast was full of flavor, and our server was very nice, though also very new. The diner was clean and cute as could be, definitely the place to grab a bite on your way through Sharon Springs!
They are 'out' of many menu items, most of the time. Food is mediocre and the price at the register may likely be higher than that listed on the menu because 'we havent changed it'. This, along with the attitude of the staff, earn this place a single star.
Very cute dinner loved the retro look and feel to it. We came in two nights ago, The two guys working the night shift wasn't very friendly and quite frankly didn't look like they wanted to be there and do their job. Our food was cold, after waiting a long time for it, they where out of a few menu items, which is understandable if they where busy, not the case though, eggs wasn't made the way we asked... Honestly spoiled our experience of the dinner we liked so much, would give it another try, hopefully some more professional and friendly staff working the next time....
Old time dinner car, great comfort food! Everyone had their fill and we were sad to leave a pancake behind that no one was able to eat!
